Alan
Before joing White Star Software, Alan worked for Progress Software in the UK for 16 years. He worked in technical support, consulting, and training - for the entire range of Progress products. Alan has worked for other software companies in Operations, Development, Project Management, and QA Management.
Consulting and training appointments for Progress have taken him all over Europe, from Ireland to Iceland, from Prague to Tel Aviv. He has delivered product presentations at numerous Progress conferences throughout Europe.
Alan believes that there is no substitute for good training that is properly targeted, properly administered, and delivered in a memorable fashion. He also firmly believes that a timely mentoring process can boost learning and productivity in development teams.
