We have developed entire applications for customers, from the menu system through the modules themselves.

Our organization is clear-cut: we have expertise on the 4GL side and the Database side that is as experienced and creative as you can find.

We have been trainers and presenters in the Progress world for nearly 20 years. Although we have, and still can, provide textbook training, our specialty is custom training for any kind of Progress or Unix need. We have put together custom classes on XML, created on-the-spot training on the app server. Virtually any subject in Progress and we have taught it. We continue to present at annual Progress and user group conferences, both in the US and abroad.

Our specialty on the database side is disaster planning and recovery, as well as high availability. We have worked with some of the biggest, and most high-demand environments in the world. That's easy to say, but when you support dozens of DBs whose total measure is in the hundreds of gigabytes and have to be up 365 days a year, you don't have to exaggerate.

Perhaps the thing we're most proud of, however, is that overused word: diligence. We make sure our customers' problems are solved, no matter what it takes. Getting on a plane in the middle of vacation, sitting up with a client all night or all weekend, responding as quickly as possible to their needs and then staying with them until the issues are resolved. That's what we do, and that's what we like to do.
