For example, when Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut called for help with their systems upgrade and database conversion, they had only a 24-hour window in which they could shut down their database. We provided advice and planning, followed by intensive preparation and benchmark testing. When the upgrade happened, Foxwoods was confident and prepared, and everything went as planned. We worked with Foxwoods to make things happen on short notice.
